The Complete Athlete program lets you take control of your training to get the results you want and need.
The Complete Athlete contains four 6-Week programs, each with a specific focus;
- Skill / Bodyweight
- Peak (a rounded program designed to get you ready for a competition, or simply in the best shape of your life).
Whilst each program has a focus, they are comprehensive strength and conditioning programs in and of themselves. Thus, each program includes a variety of strength, skill and conditioning workouts. You can switch between these programs and your regular weekly programming as needed, or rotate through them!
With four programs, each with a different focus, you can make sure you’re getting exactly what you want out of your training any time of the year.
