About this program
I’ve spent a great deal of the past decade travelling and have always tried to keep up my training on the road.
When I was in my very early twenties, I even took some time off training at the gym (as.I didn’t like the vibe at my local globo gym) and bought a single 24kg kettlbell, a doorway pull up bar and a jump rope and trained exclusively in my apartment.
I believe you can achieve, or maintain an incredible level of fitness with a single load (a kettlebell or dumbbell) and a bit of creative programming.
This belief was put to the test at the beginning of the year when COVID hit and many of us were forced to quarantine at home and workout with little to no equipment.
That was when this program was born.
The 6 week program is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, that can be completed with one dumbbell or kettlebell and a jump rope. I recommend guys go no heavier than 25kg and girls no heavier than 17.5kg. Obviously if you have more than one dumbbell or kettlebell, awesome, you can change the weight as needed.
The 100+ extra workouts are all conditioning workouts which you can use on an adhoc basis if you just want to get a sweat on. These are especially useful when you’re on the road travelling, in hotel gyms or globos.
